Post off your Stylers along with your Completed Repairs Form.

Please send your Faulty GHD`s in a padded envelope to keep postage costs to a minimum.

Please DO NOT send box along with your Faulty GHD`s as it will not be returned.
We Pride ourselves on our Speedy Repair Service!! Your Stylers will be Repaired on the day we receive them and will be posted back either the same day or the next morning via Recorded Delivery.

The £25.99 payment covers all repair costs including Return P&P via Recorded Delivery other than BROKEN CASINGS which will cost an
extra £10 to £15 per arm, depending on which model your GHD`s are. So please contact me before you send your GHD`s for quotation if the arms are broken.

Don`t throw out your Old/Faulty GHD`s
Just Print & Fill out the Recycle Form CLICK HERE then send to our Recycling Centre
along with your Old GHD`s and we will send you £20 immediately on receipt of your Genuine GHD`s.
Please do not send Counterfeit GHD`s for recycling as we will have to charge a fee of £5.99 plus P&P for their inspection & Return.
If on receipt of your GHD`s for recycling we find that they are beyond recycling we will make you an offer for the parts that can be useful. If this offer is not acceptable to you we will send your GHD`s back to you at our expense.
